TottisLaw is a firm of experienced lawyers who focus exclusively on commercial and intellectual property litigation. Kevin Tottis founded the firm in 1996 after several years as a partner in a large national law firm. All of the partners who have joined over the years are graduates of top schools with years of experience in national and international law firms.

At TottisLaw, our years of handling both commercial and intellectual property cases position us to spot and address the full range of legal issues facing contemporary businesses. That’s why, for instance, we were able to turn a claim for trademark infringement and trade secret misappropriation against one of our clients into a seven-figure settlement in our client’s favor under the Illinois Sales Representative Act.
