Simon, Peragine, Smith & Redfearn, L.L.P. was founded in New Orleans in 1979 by a small group of talented attorneys committed to providing efficient quality legal services. The firm has steadily grown to a full service firm of nearly 40 attorneys. Our firm’s attorneys are licensed to practice in Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Dakota, and Texas state and federal courts, various United States Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court.
