Dirk Lange
Koster Advocaten
Dirk Lange is a specialist in corporate law, with a focus on shareholder disputes. His interest in companies and business management has always been great. In the five years before joining Köster, Dirk worked for a niche firm that mainly deals with corporate law. There he gained a lot of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate litigation and commercial litigation.
He has also litigated extensively before the Enterprise Chamber. The Enterprise Chamber not only assesses a dispute between two parties, but also involves the interests of the company and other parties involved in the dispute. That complexity is challenging and very interesting from an intellectual point of view, says Dirk: “You operate in a completely different spectrum: strategy is of decisive importance. Because of my experience I understand the process and I can use it to the maximum in the interest of the client.”
Dirk Lange has been working at Köster since early 2017. While studying Private Law, he worked for various financial institutions. After graduating in 2009, he started as a lawyer and curator. Until the end of 2016, he was associated with the office De Breij Evers Boon. Dirk is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association and the Dutch Association for Procedural Law. In 2014 he completed the Grotius specialization course in Company and Business Law .
