Directing the education program is LEGUS President Sandra Boyer. Sandra has significant experience in developing and conducting legal industry education programs, and has been asked to present at conferences across North America and Europe.
As a Principal with Boyer Greene, LLC, an international law firm consulting organization, she has been consulting with law firms since the early 1990s, and her practice includes general management; strategic marketing and development of marketing tools; strategic planning; associate recruitment and development; retreat facilitation; firm evaluation; and personnel management including the recruitment of the law firm professional and administrative team.
Sandra’s legal industry education programs have been taught at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education at the University of Michigan Law School, and she co-authored two books about law firm management: Associate Retention: Keeping Our Best and Brightest, and The Effective Associate Training Program, Revised Edition. Both books have been published by the American Bar Association's Center for Continuing Legal Education.
